HOUSE PARENTS/MINISTERS
Are you looking for a ministry opportunity that would allow you to work with children from troubled backgrounds? Watersprings Ranch is currently looking for Christian couples, who are solid in their faith, to work with us as we minister to children who have experienced abuse, abandonment and neglect. Our desire is to provide them with a home where they feel loved and accepted, one with stability and security.
As a House Minister at Watersprings Ranch, you will live in a fully furnished group home provided by the Ranch. House Ministers are on-duty 28 consecutive days and then receive 6 consecutive days of time off. During their time off, house ministers are allowed to stay in the home while the children pack up and move to our “relief” home for those 6 days.
House Ministers receive a salary and housing, including utilities, food, and fuel expenses during the 28 days they are on-duty. Additional benefits include health insurance, as well as dental and vision insurance.
